Brrrr

Wow, I had to bust out the space heater today! The house is actually colder than it is outside. But this is a welcomed change...though in another month or two I might not be so happy.

I finally got into the Fall spirit this weekend, while we were at Target (getting baby food...see below for my great finds) and my dear sweet husband got me a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks. It was wonderful!! I hardly ever get myself a latte because they are just way too expensive so this was a great treat especially since he got me the grande size. It just made me feel like I was drinking in Fall! Then, last night Jolie was asking when Halloween would be and I was telling her that it was at the end of the month. And then that the next month would be Thanksgiving and then Christmas would be right around the corner. It just gets me excited! I'm especially looking forward to Thanksgiving, because we will be spending it with my family, and Christmas, which will be Jaclyn's first!

I was just in awe of the new baby food stuff! I was already using the Boon Spoon which I love. But I found that Boon made a dispensing spoon for Plum Organic baby food! It is so awesome! Just perfect for me to use when we are traveling.

Jaclyn's 4 month check up

So I figured that since Jaclyn is 5 months old now, I should post about her 4 month check up. She is growing fast 12lbs 7oz. And 24 inches long! Her pediatrician was super amazed that she was rolling over both ways and even all over the floor! Of course she had to have immunizations :( which I hate and make me sick ot my stomach but she handled them very well. Jolie, however, did not like that she too ended up getting a flu shot after I told her all morning that she would not be getting any shots! She happy to get a sucker for getting that shot. I was just so glad Braxton was there to help.

Getting things back to 'normal'

Well I've accomplished a teeny bit today but I'm proud of what I did get done.

Re-finished our taxes...I thought we were all set but of course needed to send the w2s!

I did finish 2 etsy orders. Two little girls will look extra cute in their Rapunzel hats!

Though I stil have a bunch to do to get the house back to normal (oh and the car!), I just tried to enjoy being home with my girls today...they both really needed it!

Oh My Oh My

We have just got back from a long 11 day trip to Jacksonville and Orlando, FL! Hopefully, I'm going to get back to normal posts!

Right now I have 500 loads of laundry, 2 hats for etsy orders to make, grocery shopping, all kinds of housework and of course caring for 2 sweet babies!

My first priority of course was to finish our taxes and now I've got to make a Rapunzel hat that has got to be mailed today!
